Iowa Lakes Regional Water provides the following services to their customers:

Tenant/Owner Changes

 

Please advise ILRW regarding tenant/owner changes. ILRW will read the meter for a final bill on the date of the change.

 

Leak Rewards

 

Anyone who reports a verified Mainline leak will be rewarded $25.00. If you suspect a mainline leak, please contact Iowa Lakes Regional Water at 712-262-8847.

 

Winter Disconnects
Spring Reconnects

 

Many customers enjoy “Peace of Mind” knowing their water meter is in storage and no unauthorized or unaccountable water loss will occur during the time the meter is pulled. The monthly minimum payment is due during the “Winter Disconnect” period.

The $75.00 service charge fee is waived when a 48-hour notice is given before disconnect and reconnect dates.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to drain waterlines and winterize the dwelling.

 

Auto Bank Payment
 

ILRW offers a program that allows customer's with a radio-read transmitter installed to automatically have their monthly water bill taken out of their banking account of choice.

Advance Payment

 

We also offer an Advance Pay Program where the customer may pay in advance. This allows the customer freedom to not worry about the water bill during the Winter Disconnect period.
