Account Changes

Please advise ILRW if any of the following changes occur:

  • Owner and/or Tenant
    Please advise ILRW regarding tenant/owner changes. ILRW will read the meter for a final bill on the date of the change.

  • Mailing Address

  • Phone Numbers
    ILRW retains up to two phone numbers per account which is used to notify the customer of service outages and other important account matters. Please indiciate which numbers are landlines, work numbers and cell phones.

  • Email Address

  • Bank Account utilized in automatic withdrawal for monthly payment
